This Rich Calcium Herbal Tea is an excellent blend of herbs that add quality bio-chelated calcium, vitamin C, and other minerals to your diet. Safe for babies and children who need the extra boost during teething or a growth spurt. It is excellent for nursing moms who need to rebuild their calcium. It helps support the body while repairing bone and muscle injury, too. The naturally biochelated calcium and vitamin C help the body to rest, repair, and build a solid skeletal and muscle system. It is not only a pleasant blend to drink anytime but a great choice to take at bedtime when the body is tired, has bone aches spasms, or has a muscle injury.
My family loves this light, refreshing tea!

Rose hips are the fruit of the rose and are very high in vitamin C and vitamin A. Dried rose hips are also a good source of folate, potassium, calcium, and magnesium.
Lemon Balm is rich in calcium vitamins A and C. Lemon Balms’ actions are antiviral, antispasmodic, antidepressant, antioxidant, carminative, nervine, radioprotective, and trophorestorative. My home will not be without Lemon Balm. It is part of my favorite trio, Tulsi, Elder, and Lemon Balm.
Lemongrass is a good source of vitamins A and C, folate, folic acid, magnesium, zinc, copper, iron, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, and manganese.
Oatstraw comes loaded with silica, magnesium, phosphorus, chromium, iron, calcium, alkaloids, protein, the vitamin B complex, vitamins A, C, E, and K, glycosides, flavones, polysaccharides, alkaloids, proteins, saponins.
Nettle surpasses them all in supporting the body’s systems daily. Vitamins A, C, E, and K, riboflavin, thiamine, and minerals (calcium, chromium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, silica, iron, zinc), protein, and chlorophyll. Do you want a cheap daily vitamin? Here she is!
Raspberry leaf is vitamin and mineral-rich, containing vitamins E, C, and B complex, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, niacin, magnesium, and manganese. Raspberry leaf infusion contains calcium in a form that is easily assimilable and enhanced by the presence of phosphorus and vitamins A, and C. Calcium provides important nourishment for the musculoskeletal system, building teeth and bones, and for the nervous system, strengthening and thus calming the nerves. Raspberry is also a rich source of iron and is used to replenish iron-poor blood. A raspberry leaf infusion is an excellent nutritive tonic for the entire family.
Cinnamon has Cinnamaldehyde, phenolic compounds, flavonoid derivatives, mucilage, calcium oxalate, resins, sugars, and coumarins plus salicylic acid, anhyrdocinnzelanine, anhydrocinnzelanol, and carvacrol.
I could write a book on the ingredients in this tea. My home will always have these robust plants on the shelf!
