Nutrient-Dense Recipe: Classic Osso Buco
Season and brown 2 lbs Osso Buco pieces.
Remove, then sauté onion, carrot, celery, and garlic.
Add 1 cup tomato, ½ cup wine (optional), and 3 cups bone broth.
Return beef, cover, and braise at 325°F for 2–3 hours.
Serve with gremolata (parsley, lemon zest, garlic) and roasted vegetables.
