Nutrient-Dense Recipe: Healing Oxtail Soup

Brown 2 lbs oxtails in a Dutch oven.

Add onion, garlic, celery, carrot, and ginger.

Pour in 6 cups bone broth + bay leaf + 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar.

Simmer 3–4 hours until oxtail meat is tender and broth is rich.

Add greens (spinach/kale) at the end before serving.
