Prospect Produce Farm in Houston, Mississippi
On June 3, 2022, I started my “Get to Know Your Farmer” tour with James and Esther Earnest from Prospect Produce Farms in Houston!
The boys and I had a fun visit to Prospect Produce Farm! This treasure is in the middle of nowhere from Starkville but just a few minutes south of Houston!
We had a fantastic visit with them. We rode the side by side and explored acres and acres and acres of veggies and fruits!!!
Each week throughout the summer, they harvest onions, okra, squash, potatoes, cucumbers and eggplants, tomatoes, watermelons, and corn. We had an opportunity to taste delicious blackberries and juicy peaches. These fruits are available in June and July.

The Fulgham Twins had a great time on the Prospect Produce Farm. We left with cucumbers, okra, potatoes, blackberries, and jellies. The next Get to Know Your Farmer Farm Tour takes us to Sky Blossom Flower Farm with Skyler Willers.
